The Delaware Area Chamber of Commerce
is pleased to partner with
The Growth Coach
to offer Chamber-member business owners a "next level" of executive coaching and peer relationship building
You’ve already taken the big leap– you own a successful business and worked hard. Now, you’ve reached a "midlife" point– your business is successful and stable but you’re ready for the next step. Take that next bold, necessary step to clarify who you are, what you want out of business and life, and how to go about achieving those goals by taking part in Success 2.0. In this program, you’ll work with your peers from different industries to become more focused, effective, and strategic and increase your wealth in ways that will allow you to work less and enjoy life more.
About the Program
Success 2.0 is a two-year commitment in which the participant attends an all-day workshop once per quarter. The program offers:
· Specific outcomes: Participants get to work on their business instead of in their business during each session. Upon completion of the activities in each workshop, participants will complete a 90-day strategic planner to help maintain priorities to implement the strategies identified during the session.
· Review: Each session begins with a review of progress and activities in goals, relationships, self-awareness, and strategic focus/priority management. Success 2.0 participants will also review the 90-day strategic planner to make sure priorities and activities are driving to achieve goals.
· Small groups: The groups will be small to ensure participation and relationship-building. The sessions are closed-door, building trust and confidentiality which furthers the experience. The Chamber will form as many groups necessary to meet demand and keep its promise of an intimate experience to get maximum value of the program.
