When it comes to building a team for your startup, the name of the game is attraction and retention. Crafting and maintaining a company culture that provides a competitive advantage is critical. As an entrepreneur, you have the added benefit of building your company culture, starting with your very first employee. The Case for Culture training provides a solid business case for why startup organizations should consider culture as an essential aspect of running their business.
This training session will help you to consider how your values shape your startup’s culture and how culture can both attract and retain needed talent. Through the examination of successful and not so successful company cultures, this training challenges leaders to think about and plan for the type of culture they hope to establish. There is no company asset more important than your employees!
