Jessica Gliha started her professional career as the first marketing hire of a growing business bank in Columbus, Ohio. Exposed to free thinkers and great leaders, Jessica relished being empowered to create and execute her ideas. During her 18 year tenure at the bank, Jessica experienced both sides of corporate acquisition while crafting her personal marketing, management and leadership style.
Ready for a career change and intrigued by organizational design and workplace flexibility, Jessica’s curiosity and research led her to Basel, Switzerland, in November of 2017. There, she attended the 2nd International Colloquium on Job & Top Sharing and learned from American speaker Paul Rupert, Founder of Rupert Organizational Design (ROD) and the non-profit, Respectful Exits.
Upon returning from Switzerland, Jessica contacted Paul, interested in learning more about his work. In August of 2018, Jessica joined Rupert Organizational Design as VP of Marketing. Today, she lives her passion for educating and championing workplace flexibility and phased retirement initiatives for companies across the U.S.
